Removed the erroneous text indicating that the Live Event Mercenary Unlock would boost the level of the mercenary. Corrected a bug that prevented the Live Event Mercenary Unlock from functioning on a mercenary that was already above level 1. Expansion and zone-restricted adornments should now work in Live Event zones. Corrected an issue that could prevent the Guild Hall Gigglegibber Goblin Gamblin' Game Vendor from appearing in some guild halls. Corrected an issue that prevented Enhance: Knockout Combination, Enhance: Sucker Punch, and Fists of Fury from functioning. Updated several abilities to trigger off of any damage, instead of any combat damage:. Eryslai Gloves - Collection item is now spelled correctly. Eryslai Mace - Collection item is now spelled correctly. Eryslai Band - Collection item is now spelled correctly. Drake's Feral Shriek - Collection item is now spelled correctly. Corrected an issue with Elysian mount equipment that prevented them from being leveled to mythical tier. The Statue of Rallos Zek has had its health reduced slightly along with any adds in the encounter.

All Chaos Descending and Fabled Kael Drakkel raid zones should now have a minimum lockout timer of 18 hours. This lockout reset item will only function during the Custom UI test period. While custom UI's have been disabled, all Chaos Descending zones with a lockout timers in greater than 18 hours have had their zone lockout timers reduced to 18 hours and all characters will be granted a single use zone timer reset item that will allow them to reset their lockouts one time. The progress tracker signs in Commonlands and Antonica have had an issue corrected that sometimes caused it to show 0 progress percentage instead of actual percentage while in stage 2.
